Selection Process

June 17, 2021 - A Request for Proposals (RFP) was circulated to consultants to update and rewrite the City's Downtown Historic District Standards

August 5, 2021 - The Landmarks Commission met to consider the RFP's submitted and selected a consultant.  The following 3 consultants submitted proposals.  This meeting was Tabled to August 12, 2021, to allow time for the Landmarks Commission to contact and interview the consultants:

August 12, 2021 - The Landmarks Commission met for the second time, selecting Peter Meijer Architects Proposal as the consultant for updating and rewriting the City's Downtown Historic District Standards.  A contract for services was finalized and signed on September 22, 2022.
