Permit Application Forms
- Building Permit - This is the Building Permit application to be submitted for either Residential or Commercial structures.
- Residential Additional Measures Form - This is the additional measures form to be completed and submitted at time of permit application.
- Manufactured Dwelling Permit - This is the Building Permit application to be submitted for Residential Manufactured Dwellings.
- Electrical Permit - This permit is issued under OAR 918-309-0000. Permits are non-transferable. Permits expire if work is not started within 180 days of issuance or if work is suspended for 180 days.
- Plumbing Permit - This permit is issued under OAR 918-780-0060. Permits are issued only to the person or contractor doing the work. Permits expire if work is not started within 180 days, or if work is suspended for 180 days.
- Mechanical Permit Residential - This permit is issued under OAR 918-440-0050. Permits expire if work is not started within 180 days of issuance or if work is suspended for 180 days.
- Mechanical Permit Commercial - This permit becomes null and void if the work or construction is not commenced within 180 days,or construction or work is suspended or abandonded for a period of 180 days any time after work is commenced. Permits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Demolition Permit - This is the Demolition Permit application to be submitted for either Residential or Commercial structures to be demolished.
- Agricultural Exemption Permit - Authorized Agriculture Building Exemption: State law (ORS 455.315) allows exemption from the requirement for a building permit and inspections under the Oregon State Structural Specialty Code when the owner certifies that the proposed building meets the agricultural building requirements.
- Moisture Content Acknowledgement Form - This form To be completed and Submitted for new residential dwellings and additions.
