The City of La Grande has hired Michels Inc., to install cured-in-place pipe. The project consists of installing approximately 3,100 L.F. of 8-inch and 450 L.F. of 22-inch cured-in-place pipe and reinstatement of service lines in various areas in La Grande. Currently the contractor is cleaning and TVing the services and will return in two/three weeks with materials to place the pipe.
