Seized Property

During a police investigation, officers may find it necessary to seize certain property items in your possession. If your property was seized, you must wait for an adjudication or court order authorizing the release of your property before you may claim it at the police department. Once the authorization to release property is received, the owner of the evidence/property will be contacted by a Property/Evidence Technician.
