Use 911 for Emergencies Only

Independence Day and the days surrounding the holiday are historically very busy for our 911 Dispatch Center and our first responders.

We're asking our community members to please remember to use 911 appropriately, so that our dispatchers are available and our phone lines are open for medical, fire, and police emergencies.

In non-emergent situations, do not call 911, instead call our business line at 541-963-1017.

Specific to this holiday weekend, please do not use 911 to report someone using fireworks, unless they have been injured and need an ambulance or something has caught fire.
