Following are the long-range planning projects that Planning Division staff are working on. Each of these include changes to the permitted uses or development that may occur on properties. There will be several public meeting opportunities for citizens in the public to learn more about each project and to participate in discussions. - Downtown Historic District Design Standards adopted July 6, 2022

Notable Commercial Projects that have been approved for construction:
- Grande Ronde Hospital Expansion
- Jackson's Food Stores (Fuel Service Station)
- Legacy Ford
- Napa Auto Parts- completed
- Eternal Hotels - 92 room hotel- under construction
Notable Residential Projects that have been approved for construction:
- MBM Estates (29 lot Subdivision) to include 32 single family dwelling units that are roughly 1,100-1,500 square feet owned by developer and offered as rental housing.
- LGSD Tiger House Project- two duplex homes or townhouses (4 dwellings) Students will learn skills related to all phases of construction.
- Observer Apartments
- Veteran Village (cottage home project)
