Community Development - Planning Division

I would like to welcome you to the Planning Division's web page. My name is Michael Boquist and I am the Community Development Director for the City of La Grande. The Planning Division oversees all land use standards that relate to residential, commercial and industrial development within the City of La Grande and its Urban Growth Boundary. The Planning Division also serves as the support staff for the City Council, Planning Commission and Landmarks Commission.
