Can I pay my utility bill online?

 No.  However, dropboxes are available at City Hall, 1000 Adams Avenue after hours.  During working hours, you can also drop by our office, first floor of City Hall, during normal business hours, 8-noon through 1-5pm, Monday-Friday. Or you can mail us your payment to PO Box 670, La Grande, OR  97850.
