A Form is available to start or end service, please fill out the on/off form and fax (541-962-1322), e-mail (water@cityoflagrande.org), mail (PO Box 670, La Grande, OR 97850) or return it to our office (1000 Adams, La Grande, OR 97850). Additional forms are available to request a water leak adjustment, start H20 Easy pay, cancel H2O easy pay. Fill out the form(s) and return to the Water Billing Office.
