The Finance Department is the hub of all financial activities for the City. Accounts payable, Municipal Court activities, City Budget preparation, water/sewer utility billing, Personnel and customer service are all included in the department services.  To contact the Finance Department call (541) 962-1313 or visit the office during normal business hours, 8-5 Monday through Friday at 1000 Adams Avenue downtown La Grande.

Municipal Court
The Judge performs his services under contract to the City of La Grande, administered by the Finance Department.

Water/Sewer Utility Billing

The Water/Sewer Utility Billing is generated in the Finance office.

On behalf of Mayor Clements and our City Councilors, we recognize the economic hardship that may impact our community during the current public health emergency due to the COVID-19 virus.  Effective immediately and until further notice, the City will be suspending water disconnections and late fees.
