Booking the room

If you are interested in booking the room, please read the Community Room Policy. Then, check the calendar below to see if the dates in which you are interested are available. Once you determine your dates, click this link to fill out a reservation request form. If you need to use the room during a time when the library is not open, we are happy to check out a key to you, for a small deposit.  Please keep in mind that we require at least a 30-minute gap for overage and cleanup between reservations, and that room reservation requests for next year cannot be made until December 1 of the current year.

Staff will contact you within two business days regarding your reservation request.  If you require multiple consecutive days, please fill out a form for each day.  If you wish to make a recurring reservation (Such as the 1st Monday of every month), please fill out one copy of the form, and discuss your additional reservations with staff during your phone call.  Please note that all reservation requests are handled in the order received, and that the publicly posted calendar is a guideline, but may not always be updated with the newest reservation information.
